Located in Melbourne, Florida, Dr. Dovgan holds over 20 years of experience in vascular medicine. Dr. Dovgan specializes in treatment of varicose veins, peripheral arterial disease, carotid stenosis, abdominal aortic aneurysm, and more. 

 

Dr. Dovgan received his undergraduate and medical degree from Creighton University and became board-certified through the American Board of Surgery in both general and vascular surgery from Creighton-affiliated hospitals. Dr. Dovgan also received endovascular training from the Arizona Heart Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. Additionally, Dr. Dovgan served as an assistant professor of vascular surgery for the University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Dovgan is a fellow with the American College of Surgeons as well as an active member of the Society for Vascular Surgery and the American Vein and Lymphatic Society.
